Returns Policy
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, in its original condition, and complies with our Return Policy.
How to return
Contact info@dexaresearch.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery are not eligible for return.
Return address
Once authorized, ship returns to: Dexa Research, 1633 Future Way, Unit 195, Celebration, FL 34747, United States. Do not send returns without a return authorization.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by Dexa Research.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will make it right, at our expense.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products, custom orders, and clearance items cannot be returned.
